I’ve been telling stories for as long as I can remember

But I started getting paid for my words in 2018

With writing SEO blogs and long-form content for anyone who’d let me.

And I was good at it. But honestly? I wasn’t in love with it.

2018

It wasn’t until 2021, when I worked under a copywriting mentor, that I realized:

 - Selling with story?
 - Building a narrative that buyers care about?
 - Helping business owners turn their services into the obvious, ‘take my money’ choice?

Yeah. That’s where I wanted to be.
But it wasn’t a straight shot.

2021

From 2019 to 2023, I tried on a few hats:

- Content strategist
- Social media manager
- Videographer and editor
- LinkedIn strategist

And even getting an M.A in Media Communications in between.

2019 - 2023

Until finally, in 2023, I stopped saying yes to anything that wasn’t copy. And my business began finding its groove.

2023

BUT REALLY, IT STARTED WITH MOVIES.

I was that kid tracking box office numbers instead of sports scores.

Analyzing why some blockbusters blew up and why films I actually enjoyed would flop.

And one thing was clear:

Even with an A-list cast, a movie without a story won’t sell.

Turns out, websites are the same way.
They can look gorgeous. You can offer the perfect service.

But if your message doesn’t connect with your audience?
 It won’t convert.

Now, I help consultants, designers, and creatives script their brand story through website copy.

So that more people buy their ticket.

More bookings. Better conversions. And a brand story that’s worth rewatching.

Broken Earth Trilogy

Haven't read worlbuilding in a fantasy book like in this series. Astonishing  is how I'd best describe it, especially as seemingly separate plot lines interact.

Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine.

I started off despising the main character, but as I picked up threads, they weaved together to fom the voice of someone truly endearing. 

The mango is so well-written, with every single character — from the random side character to the weakest opposing team — being one to remember.

Hey Whipple, Squeeze This

I have a bunch of copywriting books but this one is the one I return to all the time. Witty and full of practical advice that will leave you feeling inspired.

The Hunger Games Trilogy

Rereading this book as an adult makes for a different experience. Human life has weight and isn't a number, something Katniss understands because she's been playing the game since 12.
